Y.E.A.R.

As I thought about the New Year I'm amazed at all the things people say and think about it. As long as we live after 364 days another year will be upon us. Nothing magically happens when the clock strikes 12. The only way for a year to be different is for YOU to be different. So, I want to share with you a great way to look at each year. This involves an acronym for the word Y.E.A.R.

In this New Y.E.A.R. choose to have a new Yield.

In this New Y.E.A.R. choose to have a new Engagement

In this New Y.E.A.R. choose to have a new Alignment/Accountability

In this New Y.E.A.R choose to have a new Reverence.

All of these words represent a choice. This is not something forced or obligatory. But it reveals the heart of one who wants to grow, develop and mature. It's not a one size fits all and won't look the same from one person to the next, but it will bring change to all who take the challenge. What I love about this acronym is it is timeless.
