PROCESS:a natural progressively continuing operation or development marked by a series of gradual changes that succeed one another in a relatively fixed way and lead toward a particular result or end.

It's AMAZING how the word PROCESS is almost a curse word to some Believers. People want platforms but no preparation. People want platforms but have no patience. People want platforms but have no obedience. People want platforms without process. Many want to "arrive" but they don't want to be processed. Many want to speak but they don't want to be processed. Many want influence but they don't want to be processed. It is through the patience, preparation, obedience and process that you're able to maintain and sustain true platforms. It is the process that strengthens. It is the process that fortifies. It is the process that humbles. It is the process that prepares and the process is always ongoing. Don't neglect the process! Go through and Grow through the process.

1 Peter 4:12-13 [MSG] Friends, when life gets really difficult, don’t jump to the conclusion that God isn’t on the job. Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner.
